Results and Accomplishments
Six sigma process improvement – Initiated program reviews for TSA, USAID, and White House EOP that resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency increases. Cut airport security screening wait times in half at selected airports while reducing costs and improving security. Recognized by several airport directors for improving all operations and boosting customer service.
White House Evacuation – Responsible for developing emergency response procedures for a portion of the White House. Our consultants were on the ground at the White House during the terrorist attack on 9/11 and successfully lead the evacuation of White House/ Executive Office of the President staff. One of our consultants was awarded a Special Act award from President Bush for his actions during and following the 9/11 terrorist attack.
WTO Conferences – At the request of the U.S. Government and host nation governments, our consultants developed, led, and managed all logistical, administrative, and security services for the 2001 (Doha) and 2003 (Cancun) World Trade Organization conferences, and the Free Trade Conference in Miami (2003).
Iraq Border security – Developed systems and protocols to secure key Iraqi border crossings. Was recognized by General Petraeus for accomplishments.
